\nYemen\u2019s Foreign Minister Mohammed al-Hadhrami said the Houthi militants have invented a fuel crisis in their regions of control to raise funds and \u201cfinance the war\u201d they have been waging for six years.<\/p>\n

In a meeting with the UN peace mediator\u2019s deputy Izzi Shreim, al-Hadhrami said that by the crisis, the militants are also \u201caiming to harm the masses and gain politically\u201d from the woes.<\/p>\n

In regards to the settlement brokerage attempts, Al-Hadhrami renewed the government\u2019s support to the UN peace mediator\u2019s efforts hoping they will lead to ending the coup d\u2019\u00e9tat and establishing a comprehensive and lasting peace based on the terms of reference.<\/p>\n

He renewed the special interest of the government in resuming the prisoner exchange process to achieve an all-for-all prisoner exchange transaction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
