\nThe Yemeni Government renewed its calls for labeling Houthi insurgent militia as one of the terrorist organizations based on the crimes and grave violations it has been committing on a daily basis against the civilians in the militia-controlled regions.<\/p>\n
Most recent of all the militia’s atrocities against al-Haimah region eastern Taiz governorate where the militiamen have launched aggressive military operation using medium and heavy weapons to shell the populations’ houses. As a result seven civilians were killed including children and 11 more injured.<\/p>\n
The Ministry of Human Rights and Legal Affairs issued a statement learned by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) stated that it has been following with deep concerns the Houthi militia’s aggressive military campaign against al-Haimah region east of Taiz governorate, as the region has been subjected to bombardment with medium and heavy weapons, tens of families have been forcefully displaced, 8 children were kidnapped from their own houses and are being held as hostages.<\/p>\n
The Ministry has condemned these brutalities and warned of the militia’s incursion into the region as that will lead to mass-killing against the population.<\/p>\n
The Ministry went on saying against this background it will keep on calling for designating Houthi militia a terrorist group should be enlisted in the international terrorism lists.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
