Dr. Ahmed BinMubarak, the Foreign Minister of Yemen, spoke on Friday evening with the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, about the repercussions of the Iran-backed Houthi militias’ terrorist attacks on the two oil harbors of Radhom and Adhaba, which were targeted by drones and missile attacks within the course of the militia’s declared threats against oil companies and international navigation.<\/p>\n
And BinMubarak stated that these terrorist actions constitute a direct aggression on the Yemeni people and the nation’s infrastructure and economic capacities. They also seriously undercut ongoing efforts in Yemen to end the war, extend the truce, and achieve peace.<\/p>\n
The Foreign Minister has made it clear that by carrying out these attacks, Houthi militias have once again proved that they will never be a genuine partner in peace; they are rather terrorist groups and constitute a threat to peace and stability in Yemen and the region.<\/p>\n
