\nHis Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, met today, Monday, here with the Speaker of the Jordanian Parliament Ahmed Assafadi.<\/p>\n
Members of the Presidential Council Brig. Tariq Saleh, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi , Director of the Republic Presidency Office Dr. Yahya Ashua’ibi and Foreign Minister Dr. Ahmed BinMarak were in attendance.<\/p>\n
The conversations covered the developments in Yemen and Yemeni-Jordanian bilateral ties .<\/p>\n
President al-Alimi deeply appreciated the Jordanian key role in supporting the legitimate Yemeni leadership against Iran-baked Houthi militia’s coup and hosting thousands of the Yemeni peoples in Jordan who fled the homeland due to Houthi militias’ atrocities and the war it triggered.<\/p>\n
