The text of the decree reads as follows:<\/p>\n<p>The President of the Presidential Leadership Council,<\/p>\n<p>Having reviewed the Constitution of the Republic of Yemen;<\/p>\n<p>The Gulf Cooperation Council Initiative and its Implementation Mechanism, signed on 23 November 2011;<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Decree No. (9) of 2022 concerning the Declaration of the Transfer of Power and the establishment of the Presidential Leadership Council, issued on 7 April 2022;<\/p>\n<p>Law No. (3) of 2004 concerning the Council of Ministers;<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Decree No. (3) of 2026 concerning the formation of the Government and the appointment of its members;<\/p>\n<p>And upon the proposal of the Prime Minister and the approval of the Presidential Leadership Council;<\/p>\n<p>Hereby decrees the following:<\/p>\n<p>Article (1): The following persons are hereby appointed to the positions indicated opposite their names:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eng.
