Yemen, India Discuss Joint Commission Meeting to Boost Ties

Yemen’s Vice Foreign Minister, Mustafa Noman, met with the Secretary (Consular, Passport and Visa, and Overseas Indian Affairs) at India’s Ministry of External Affairs, Sripriya Ranganathan, here today.

They discussed convening a joint commission meeting soon to revive historical relations between the two friendly nations.

Noman briefed Ranganathan on Yemen’s recent developments, highlighting efforts to stabilize the country. Ranganathan assured India’s commitment to easing security restrictions for Yemeni citizens seeking education, treatment, or tourism in India.
