Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council issued Wednesday the Decree No. (100) of 2024.
The first article of the Decree appoints Dr. Shaya Mohsin Zindani a Minister for Foreign and Expatriate Affairs.
The second article stipulates that the Decree shall be effective since the date of its issuance and must be published in the state gazette.
