This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of participants in identifying, preventing, and controlling crisis situations.
The training program covers various aspects of crisis management, including understanding the definitions of key terms, exploring different stages of a crisis, and developing a comprehensive crisis management plan.
Participants will also learn about setting up a crisis management command center and creating a crisis management checklist.
