Foreign Minister discusses bilateral relations between the two countries with his Egyptian counterpart

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Shaea Al-Zandani, held talks today with the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Badr Abdelatty, on bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.

On the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, the two sides also discussed preparations for the strategic dialogue and the convening of the Joint Higher Committee, in a way that contributes to strengthening cooperation and broadening the horizons of partnership to serve the common interests of the two brotherly peoples.

The Egyptian Minister reaffirmed his country’s leadership’s support for the Presidential Leadership Council and Egypt’s steadfast stance alongside the Yemeni people, in a manner that enhances Yemen’s security, stability, and territorial integrity, and helps meet its aspirations for peace and development.
