His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) received today, Wednesday, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Republic of Yemen Mohammed al-Zaabi.
They conferred over the Yemeni-Emirati bilateral relations, developments in the national arena and the needed regional and international support for economic and financial reforms as well as improving the living conditions of the Yemeni people.
President al-Alimi highly praised the active role of the UAE in supporting the PLC and the government, deeply appreciating its economic, humanitarian and developmental interventions in various fields.
The Chairman of the PLC highlighted the significant Emirati projects, particularly in the field of electric power that have direct impact on improving basic services for the fellow citizens.
