Yemen condemns the Israeli attacks on Syrian territory

Aden

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Republic of Yemen condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the attacks by the Israeli occupation forces targeting the governorates of Quneitra and Daraa in the brotherly Syrian Arab Republic. The Ministry also condemns the accompanying military incursion and artillery shelling that affected several areas, considering these actions a flagrant violation of Syria’s sovereignty, international law, and the United Nations Charter.

The Republic of Yemen warns that the continuation of these aggressions and the policy of imposing a fait accompli by force will exacerbate tensions and instability in the region, and undermine the prospects of reaching peaceful resolutions to conflicts. This necessitates urgent international action to put an end to these violations and hold those responsible accountable.

The Republic of Yemen reiterates its full and unwavering solidarity with the brotherly Syrian Arab Republic, reaffirming its support for its unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity. It further emphasizes its categorical rejection of any actions aimed at undermining Syria’s security and stability or violating its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
