FM, Lebanese counterpart discuss bilateral relations

CAIRO – SABA
Foreign Minister, Dr. Ahmed Awad Bin Mubarak, discussed today with his Lebanese counterpart Charbel Wehbe, the bilateral relations between the two brotherly nations.

They discussed the developments in Yemen and the international efforts aimed at achieving peace, stressing that all international initiatives were accepted by the government and rejected by the Houthi militia.

He said the militia are maintaining their illegal hold on power and laid sieges around the government-administered cities of Marib and Beidha.

Bin Mubarak said the sectarian Houthi militia is brainwashing young children and infusing radicalism to school textbooks, which expands the social rift in the Yemeni society.

He affirmed that Arab solidarity is the only solution to confront the foreign interference that is ravaging our Arab countries and peoples.
