President al-Alim congratulates Azerbaijan President on his second term

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) sent today, Thursday, a cable of congratulation to His Excellency President Ilham ALiyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on his re-election for a second term presidency.

The Chairman of the PLC expressed his own and on behalf of the PLC’s members best wishes for President Aliyev on his mission and more progress and prosperity for the friendly Azerbaijani government and people.
