The Chargé d’affaires of our embassy in Kuwait pays tribute to the State of Kuwait’s charitable work to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.

The Chargé d’affaires of the Kuwaiti embassy in Kuwait, Mohammed Saleh Al-Bari, hailed Kuwait’s contribution to humanitarian activities through the Kuwaiti Red Crescent Society to raise the suffering of the Yemeni people suffering from a humanitarian disaster.

Kuwait’s acting ambassador to Kuwait told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the choice of Kuwait as a center for humanitarian work was not coincidental, but because its benevolence, the land, its administration and its people have turned to humanity and the love of good.

He added that the suffering of the Yemeni people from exceptional circumstances is “sad and painful” as Aden was devastated and the number of displaced families inside and outside Yemen increased significantly.

He said Aden was a ghost town and needed to rebuild and restore the “psychologically destroyed” people because of the war, pointing out that the families there suffer from scarcity of water, food and medicine and exacerbated the tragedy that in every family there are martyrs and wounded.
