The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expresses the Yemen Republic’s strong condemnation and denunciation of an Israeli occupation government minister, accompanied by a number of settlers, storming the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of occupation forces. This act constitutes a blatant violation of international law and resolutions of international legitimacy, as well as a systematic provocation to the sentiments of Muslims worldwide.
The Republic of Yemen reaffirms its unwavering and supportive stance on the Palestinian cause and the right of the brotherly Palestinian people to attain their full legitimate rights, and to establish their independent, sovereign state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with relevant United Nations resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.
