Aden

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expresses the Republic of Yemen’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the missile and drone attacks targeting the sisterly State of Kuwait, considering them a flagrant violation of international law and a direct threat to regional security and stability.

The Republic of Yemen affirms that these attacks once again expose the aggressive and terrorist nature of the Iranian regime and its persistent approach of undermining the security and stability of the region, whether through the direct use of missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles or through armed groups, militias, and cross-border instruments of chaos. Such actions constitute a direct threat to regional and international peace and security, as well as to the safety of air and maritime navigation.

The Republic of Yemen reiterates its full solidarity with the sisterly State of Kuwait and its support for all measures undertaken to safeguard its security, defend its territory, and protect the safety of its people. Yemen emphasizes that the security and stability of Kuwait are an integral part of the security and stability of the region and underscores the need for a firm international stance to deter such aggressive acts that target the sovereignty and security of states and threaten regional and international stability.
